The production line configured by our company for roasting and acidizing lithium ore with lepidolite, spodumene and other raw materials has excellent product performance, stable production condition and easy operation, which has been highly praised by our users.
In order to make production more convenient, we installed wireless temperature monitoring system and remote intelligent variable speed kiln condition control system as part of the kiln, allowing production personnel to adjust the kiln condition in real time with ease.
Additionally, we have achieved a remarkable result in terms of raw material crystal conversion rate, acidification and lithium leaching rate, with the latter two being 15% higher than the traditional process.
The production line can work reliably and is straightforward to operate.
Moreover, it is equipped with a wireless temperature measurement and monitoring system, which can monitor its parameters more effectively and precisely.
In addition, it can recover waste heat more effectively and save energy consumption significantly.
Furthermore, its new dust removal apparatus demonstrates good dust removal effect while the cost of constructing is low.

The Lithium Carbonate Production Line is shipped in a safe and secure packaging to ensure that the line arrives in perfect condition. The line is shipped in a wooden crate, secured with metal straps and plastic wraps around the crate, and a waterproof tarpaulin over the top. The package also includes a manual for the installation and operation of the line.
