Bag Filter Dust Collector Introduction:

Bag Filter Dust Collector Working Principle:
Bag filter is composed of supporting structure, dust bucket, middle box, upper box, filter bag, frame, injection and clean device, PLC control system. Middle box has many compartment, when working, the air content dust will injected to each dust hopper, The big size dust will drop in the bottom of the bucket due to lower air speed and impact by bucket. The fine size dust will float to each bags, and separate at outside of the bags, then drop to the bottom hopper, the cleaned air will release air through the exhaust pipe.
Causes of Damage to the Dust Collector Filter Bags:
As the main component of the dust collector, the filter bags of the dust collector can not only capture the fine dust, purify the flue gas, but also help the waste gas recycling. The damage and replacement of the filter bag during use is also compared.
The Main Reasons For The Damage Of The Filter Bags Are As Follows Aspect:
1. The temperature of dusty gas is too high
If the surface thickness of the initial layer is not enough, the flue gas entering the sparks or the dust heating will easily cause holes in the filter bags.
2. Uneven distribution of dust and smoke by the dust collector
If the air current impact on the filter bag of the dust collector exceeds other parts, it will cause the part to wear faster and greatly reduce the placement of the filter bags.
3. The filter bags spacing is too small
The filter bags of the dust collector is too small in the design time, or the bag cage is deformed and bent during use, etc., which will cause the filter bags to swell due to friction during dust removal.

4. The gap between the filter bags and the bag cage is too large or too small
The filter bags is too close to the bag cage, and the expansion of the filter bag is limited during dust removal, which will cause the dust removal to be unclean, the equipment operation resistance is large, it will speed up the dust removal frequency or increase the blowing force, thus affecting the service life of the filter bags.
5. The filter wind speed is too high
If the wind speed is too high, it will cause the dust to abrade the filter bags more strongly, and the material of the filter bag will be damaged, which will affect the filtering effect and service life.
6. Excessive accumulation of ash inside the ash hopper
Excessive accumulation of ash in the ash hopper will cause excessive dust content in the flue gas in the smoke chamber and accelerate the wear of the filter bag.
7. Material of filter bags
According to the operating conditions of the dust collector, select the suitable filter bag for its working conditions.
8. The bag cage welding is not standardized
The bag cage is a steel wire welded structure, and all welds and joints must not have sharp corners or burrs, which will damage the filter bags. When the dust collector is used, the bag cage is kept in a vertical state and cannot be bent or deformed during use.
