Ceramic Sand Granulator Introduction:
ZK-15 New Type Granulator is a main equipment which converts powdered materials into uniform, round pellets, widely applied in ceramic sand, iron and steel and chemical industry. The applied material includes chemical powders, limestone, gypsum,cement/lime dust, flyash, minerals and ores etc.
Ceramsite has the characteristics of light volume density, loose and porous inside, low thermal conductivity, etc., at present, it has become one of the main raw materials of building material blocks. Among the raw materials of ceramsite, sludge is also one of the main raw materials, and the proportion of sludge ingredients is about 10-30%.
As the state attaches importance to the environmental protection industry, current policies encourage the addition of sludge to the raw materials of ceramsite and give ceramsite manufacturers a certain amount of sludge treatment fees. In summary, the ceramsite industry has developed rapidly, the number of newly-built ceramsite factories and block factories in China is increasing.
Ceramsite can be divided into: shale ceramsite, clay ceramsite, coal gangue ceramsite, etc. The main raw materials of shale ceramsite are shale and sludge. Shale ceramsite system can be divided into: shale crushing, drying, grinding, batching, aging, granulation, firing, cooling, and finished product conveying system.
The shale raw material has a large particle size and contains a certain amount of water, so it needs to be crushed and dried. After the shale is dried, it needs to be ground, and after being ground to a powder, it is weighed and conveyed by the conveying equipment. After the shale powder and sludge are measured by the measuring equipment, they are sent to the mixer for mixing. The agitated mixture is sent to the aging warehouse through the conveying equipment for aging. The aged mixture enters the granulation system for granulation. After the granulation, the raw ceramsite enters the plug-in kiln for roasting, then cools through the cooler, and enters the finished product conveying system.

Our company began to communicate with Malaysia Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd. at the beginning of 2017. And in mid-2017, we realized mutual visits. During the communication and visit, Malaysia Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd. highly recognizes our strong experimental capabilities and professional experimental equipment. Therefore, in 2017, sent experimental materials to our company several times to do experiments. For each experiment, our company handed over the experimental process and data to the owner in the form of photos, videos and text reports. Successfully completed the experimental requirements and achieved the experimental objectives expected by the owner.
In order to expand production, Malaysia Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd. added a new production line and decided to purchase a ceramic intermittent grinding machine of φ2.0x3.4m from our company. The rest of the equipment on the production line is imported from Germany. Only this ceramic ball mill is purchased from our company, which fully reflects the owner's recognition of our technical ability and production level. After successfully completing the production, delivery, installation and commissioning of the ceramic ball mill. Malaysia Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd. again contracted in 2018 and purchased a new granulator ZKZL(T)-08 from our company. The granulator is specially developed by our company. After thousands of experiments, the operation is reliable and the experiment effect is remarkable.
