Stainless Steel Spiral Screw Conveyor Introduction:
Screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment without flexible traction. The materials are conveyed along the fixed machine inner shell and pushed forwards by the force from the rotation of the screw. Its working principle is similar as the forced still nut takes the translational motions along the screw. The forces, which prevent the materials from being rotated with the screw, include the gravity of materials and friction towards the machine shell. The screw conveyer has been widely applied in all kinds of industries to convey several of materials in the state of powder, particles and small lump, such as coal ash, cement, sand, lump coal, cereals and etc. However, it is not easy to convey the caking materials which are easy to go bad and sticky.
Screw Conveyor Characteristics:

GLS tube screw conveyor is a continuous conveyer equipment without the flexible traction, and it is suitable for conveying small sticky powders, granular and small pieces of material, and not suitable for conveying perishable, large viscous, easy caking and large pieces of material. For continuous conveying bulk materials with short distance horizontal or slightly inclined (15°or less ). Generally ambient temperature is -20 ~ 50℃, and material temperature is less than 100℃. It can mix materials at the same time.
